1. What is this site for? This site is a simple concept. The goal is to make $1 million by selling 1 million pixels for $1 per pixel. This site is a similar concept as the sites MillionDollarHomepage.com and MillionQuarterWebpage.com. I was inspired by their idea and decided that I would try to do the same thing. The key difference is that I have decided to give away $750,000 to affiliates through ClickBank.com. 2. Who made this site? My name is Nicholas O'Neill. I'm 23 years old and I live in Washington, D.C. I just graduated from American University and am now spending my time coming up with different ways to avoid going into the mainstream workforce. While the odds are that this is a downhill battle, perhaps I can postpone my entry into the workforce via entrepreneurial ventures. So help me out, and help my affiliates by buying pixels now! 3. Why should I give you my money? Like I mentioned in the previous question, I am trying to postpone my entry into the mainstream workforce. Is this not a good reason? Oh, and also you can help out the person that referred you to this site. They will get paid for 75% of your purchase. 4. How did you get the idea? Many great ideas come from other similar ideas, and that is how I came up with this site. This site is inspired by MillionDollarHomepage.com and MillionQuarterWebpage.com. 5. Where is the money going? The majority of the money will go to ClickBank affiliates. The rest of the money will be going to me, of which only a portion will land in my pockets due to U.S. tax laws. While it may have been smarter to open a corporation to manage the website, I decided that I would speed the process by running under my own name as a sole proprietorship. I'm sure that this is probably more information than you care to hear about. 6. Why can I only buy 10x10 pixel blocks? Unfortunately, Clickbank.com only allows their sellers to sell products that cost approximately $50. While it costs $100 for 10x10 pixel image ads, they are hesitant to approve any products that are more expensive. As a result, you are limited to purchasing 10x10 pixel ads. If you would like to purchase larger spaces, you must do it one 10x10 pixel block at a time. Sorry! 7. How long will this site be online? This site will be online at a minimum for the next 5 years (Until October 26, 2010). 8. Why are you so crazy? I thought that I would just give away $750,000. Why? Because, $250,000 is still a hell of a lot of money. In terms of why I'm crazy in regards to anything else, it's because thats the way I was born. I consider myself lucky. |
